How much is PDL's Conde worth? 
Hi folks... just curious... how much would you say Paco's Conde Hermanos guitar is worth? Its gotta be minimum of 5 grand for just the retail value. Then when you consider that its probably NOT an ordinary retail Conde, that adds extra value. And then there's the fact that it is/was owned by Paco... and we all know that that would add A LOT of value.

So how much would YOU pay for it, just supposing it came up for sale?

Remember it was "refinished" a couple times!

Also, couple people I know that are close to Paco or have tried his guitar say that the guitar he uses live is a piece of junk, there are way better guitars made nowadays that are easier to play and sound better. But of course these things can be personal to some degree. I would probably not buy it. Perhaps I would trade it for a guitar I have now, who knows until I try it.

I could see people bidding on the guitar, and because it WAS Paco's, the price would rocket up exponentially starting at 5k or so moving towards 20k or even above!!! Probably the same would happen with any guitar the proved to have been in his collection at one time or other.

More than anything this makes me think of the guitar paco used to use always that he said was stolen from his car. (See the vid of him accomp. Camaron). I wonder where it could be now, and what would paco pay to get it back?????

The price of this guitar would be way up there just because Paco played it for most of his career.

Take Paco out of the equation and it's value wouldn't be much. Especially after having it refinished twice.
