Tony Blair - muy flamenco??

http://www.panorama.gi/localnews/headlines.php?action=view_article&article=1234&offset=0

Paco Pena is, apparently, Tony Blair's "favourite guitarist." Oh, and Geoff Hoon's pretty fond of him too.

Wonder if they'll be at Paco's December concert in London??
(Wigmore Hall, 8th December for those interested!)

Well, I knew that Tony Blair played the guitar, but Flamenco guitar? Thats news to me! And lessons with Paco Pena... thats interesting. I'm not entirely sure what to make of Tony. Part of you doesn't like him, and he's widely mocked in the press. But it would seem that he does have his more positive attributes too. It would be cool to hear him play a few falsettas and see what he can really do.

Wow, that is interesting! I wonder how the two came to meet...before Blair was PM or after.. presumably before as I doubt he has much time for guitar playing these days..
