My litlle Warm up Gadjet

Hi Doitsujin uploaded something her uses to practice i tought id share pics of my warm -up litlle gadget.

Its usefull when i am doing a gig in a country and i didnt have time to warm up , i just warm up on the drive there, it dosent beat a guitar but it has its uses, (when i remember to take it).
This litlle gadget has been around for 30 years if not more, it was passed on to me by another guitarist who started 20 years before me.
