any advice on the " B Band"... 
Hi there crew, i was thinking about getting one of these pick ups for my guitar. It has a mic and pick up blending system so it amplifies the sound of the guitar while being able to get more volume with the pick up......i think
Has anyone used one of these systems??

I don't have a b-band (btw, not all b-bands have mics in them), but I do have the Fishman prefix. The prefix has a piezo element under the saddle and a condensor microphone which can be blended. I like the system, as it can add a little edge to your sound beyond the piezo. The question is what do you want the system for...if you are going to use it to accompany dancers, then I do not recommend it. You should use a mic. The strumming sound if vastly inferior for any pick-up type system. However, if you're going to be doing rumba jams then I think the pick-up really works well.
