How to count Cantes por Bulerias

Can anybody help me to count Paco Pena's Cantes por Bulerias? The part that I need help is just after the triplet rasgueo intro, up to the individual notes, roughly 11 measures.

The recording is from Pena's Fabulous Flamenco. Paco plays it so fast that I'm confused by his up and down strokes with the "indice". I haven't been able to upload the piece here. Maybe I have to do it in the audio section.
