new member intro

I'm mainly a classical guitarist, but I have recently started to build an interest in flamenco. I'm currently living abroad, but I'll be returning to the Boston area in the summer.

Welcome to the foro smwink. Where in the world are if you're not in Boston?

There's a foro map in the archives, if you take a look you may find other foro members in your neck of the woods.

I'm currently living in the Marshall Islands in the central Pacific. Not much activity out this way, though I did play an interesting piece with the school band teacher. It's called "Joropo Jam" for sax and guitar, and it's one of the reasons I started looking more seriously into flamenco. While not a flamenco piece per se, there were a lot of technical aspects in common.
