Flamenco guitar for small hands

Hello
I’m looking for a medium/good quality flamenco guitar.
I think the best fit would be a 7/8 or senorita guitar. I’m a small woman with small hands. I used to play guitar (a flamenco one) long ago, and now I’d like to get back to it. I got a full size classical guitar (Esteve) and while the sound is wonderful, I can hardly reach some of the frets. Of course, the sustain is not the best for flamenco either, but since I also play classical (early music mainly) that's not really a problem.
Most of the smaller guitars I've tried sound like a toy.
Someone mentioned that the Cordoba Cadete 3/4 may be a good option. I have been researching lately and found a few ones that I think may be okay, but can't be sure.

I'd appreciate any suggestion you may have.

Thanks a lot.
Carmen

That's a tough one, as I've never seen a small scale guitar that sounded decent. On the other hand, I'm sure a decent luthier could make a decent one. I would think you might need to go custom.

That's the problem. Most small guitars are made very cheap with thick, low quality woods and hardly any bracing, because the parents don't want to pay more, and the fact that the guitar has no sound or volume is considered a plus.
A Luthier can make you one, but the price will be, well, the price for a handbuild guitar.

Un saludo
Anders
