Lutheries in Jerez and Malaga

I'm going on a short trip to Spain next month (Dec 4th-7th) with my wife. We'll be visiting (not a final list, but pretty close): Malaga, Jerez de la Frontera, Marbella (?), Cadiz (?), La Linea de la Concepcion. I'm really interested in visiting a lutherie and seeing how our guitarras flamencas come to life. I'm not going to take much of anyone's time, and would not dare ask to try out an unfinished guitar without a golpeador. I am, however, lacking the funds to buy a guitar ... If there are any luthiers here with workshops in either of those cities, that wouldn't mind a short visit, please let me know, I'd love to come Thanks.
