Bulerias Falseta

I have always been haunted by the first falseta Paco de Lucia plays on La Calle de los Lunares on Camaron's Potro de Rabia y Miel. Has Paco played this falseta on one of his solo recordings? Does anyone have tabs for it by any chance? He plays it in this video at 2:20

Yes, he plays it in Soniquete which is on Zyrab.

Its my favorite bulerias falseta of all time.

I know it well, but dont have it tabbed out. Sorry!

He also performed it frequently on stage/television with his first sextet.... since that particular bulerias always gave both me and my father a feeling of "entering heaven" i decided to call it "el cielo" making it the only song ever i gave a (nick)name :-)

Cool story, and a fitting name :)

Anybody who wants access to the lesson video, can email me.

But (as i realize now) unfortunately not fitting above falseta. After reading "i have always been haunted by the first falseta Paco plays on..." i jumped to (late night) conclusions and started the tape, hearing the standard introduction he used for his sextet bulerias (which as a whole was a real piece of art).... even the fact i was highly surprised that you selected that specific introduction as your favorite falseta didn't ring a bel :-(

Obviously the falseta played at 2:20 is a completely different kettle of fish and indeed totally fitting my old day's "el cielo" feeling... don't think that particular falseta was in existence at the time he toured with his first sextet but it does indeed totally fit's the name.

to be clear...todds version is most likely in the original key of C# (Soniquete zyrab) but Paco has adapted this to the key of A so the fingerings will be almost completely different. He also plays it on the DVD live in Germany, again in A. Can't remember which key he plays it in for camaron, but I have a feeling it was also in C#.

Here is the other version in A at 5:04

Ps Todd, send me that ****!!
