FYI about Francisco Navarro student ...

Just some info. For the past couple of years, Francisco Navarro's student models have been built by his oldest son, Marlon. These models will now feature Marlon's name on the label as well as his signature. Everything is still the same and are built under Francisco's supervision.

I had a look at the pictures and the backs look a little different.

It looks like there's a different finish. Who knows from just looking at ebay pictures though, IMO the Marlon Navarro finish looks nicer.

The one on the Francisco Navarro Student Blanca looks shinier, possibly thicker.

The Marlon Navarro Student Blanca looks a bit duller, possibly thinner.

The Marlon Navarro Student Negra looks very nice indeed. I wish I could try one in the UK before buying one....

IMO the backs look like they have a Matte finish instead of a gloss finish. I prefer the gloss over Matte. Interesting bridge with the bone only on one side of it. I prefer it on both or all sides.
