Classic headstock shapes?

Is there anywhere I can see images, photos, etc. illustrating some of the distinctive headstock shapes of the classic builders; Santos, Jose Ramirez, Esteso, etc. etc.

Go to the GSI website www.guitarsalon.com and click on "GSI Museum". Type in the name of the maker whose guitar you want to see in the "Search Museum" box and hit "Enter" on your keyboard. If they've had one over the years it's probably there. Most of the entries also have decent shots of rosettes, labels, etc.

But the link goes to some othere site that demands a "user name/password" to get in?

Should I try contacting Tony directly?

some say who the guitars are from , but most dont ...I also see a pic of Stephen Faulk right in the middle ....

I think Benos link to Edguerins link is much better

and the "who plays what " link is very interesting too....

Thanks. Some very interesting pics in here.

I'd be really interested in seeing designs from some of the contemporary builders who are also Foro members?

Yes indeed it does. And what a great piece of work that is, compiled by Tony. Lots of very interesting designs in there. I will definitely file that one for future reference.

Thanks.
