Yeah, except somebody sings. Thats strange. Why is voice to uneducated people so much more interesting to listen than instrumental music. Be it piano, guitar, etc.Even if the singer sucks badly and the text was sung 1bio times or is bad, too (can u ride my bicycle and such crap)..(as most often) the people pay more attention.

RE: Bass AND percussion solos! (in reply to Doitsujin

A man is shipwrecked on a tropical desert island when his fishing boat is caught in a terrible storm. As he comes to, all he can hear in the distance, coming from deep in the jungle, is the sound of drums.

Days go by before he encounters any life. As he's collecting firewood on the shore he spots a native. He cautiously approaches, and seeing that this native is seemingly friendly, he attempts to communicate. It isn't long before the two are communicating through a variety of language, sand drawings and gestures.

The shipwrecked man finally asks about the drums coming from the jungle, but all the native will say; "When drums stop, very bad..."

Over the following days the man continues to build shelter, gather food and firewood, but all the time is disturbed by the drums. What happens when they stop? The sound is slowly driving him mad. Whenever he runs into the native he asks about the drums, but each time the native only says "When drums stop, very bad..."

Finally, after 3 weeks on the island he snaps. He just has to know about the drums! He tracks down the native, grabs him, pins him down and screams "Tell me about the drums! What happens when they stop!!? Tell me!"

The native looks up at the man, tears welling in his eyes, and whispers.....

"When drums stop, very bad...... Bass solo starts....."
