Difference between studio and concer...

Hello all,

I play a conde studio guitar, and it sounds very good.
Its much cheaper than a cond concert guitar.
Can somebody explain me the difference between both?
A friend of me plays a conde concert with dark sides. But my studio model sounds nicer.. so is the differece in the quality of the wood? Or are the studio guitars produced by a pupil of conde?
