1993 Pedro de Miguel Negra

Hi Everyone:

I'm selling is a 1993 flamenco negra made by Pedro de Miguel ($2,200). This is a lovely instrument, with some Ramierez-like design elements, and a rich sound approaching a classical.

660mm scale; Brazillian rosewood back and sides; I believe the top is spruce. I'm afraid the photos here don't quite capture the color of the top; it is a darker color than in most of the photos. The best representation is the photo that looks down the fretboard.

I purchased the guitar from a working flamenco player in the Philadelphia area (references on request); he purchased the instrument personally from the luthiers.

The guitar is in excellent condition. It has very light wear from playing, consistent with its age.

I recently had a minor, short, fretboard crack repaired by a renowned luthier in the Baltimore area, who also inspected the instrument. (Again, I'm happy to provide names if we talk; I just didn't want to drop names on the internet....)

Life is unfortunately taking me away from the guitar, so I feel like it is time to pass this on to someone who will enjoy it as much as I have. Please feel free to contact me by email, and I'm happy to talk about the guitar.
