doing a peghead

So I carved this head today, and it just screamed at me not to put those ugly metal machines on it. So I'm going to do my first peghead. It's going to be for that guitar with the weirdo bracing (not an order). Wish me luck.

I wish you luck.
Nice headstock. Just one thing, be carefull with small pointy things in the headstock design. Sometimes they break of and disappear. (personal experience)

Gerundino Fever, better than Bieber Fever.

I was just going to say what Anders said. It's a weenie little part like that gives you trouble.

Are you using a file to cut those grooves?

This is a good sign that you are listening to the wood. But also listen for when it does not scream. There's a small still voice in the wood, really in you, that tells you even more than the screams. Much more.
