Bank card fraud!!!

I cant believe it!! Just been to the bank to withdraw some money and there was none in there, so i came home cheked online banking to find someone has been buying top up time from various mobile companies, amounting to 200 pounds, 4 lots of from the 30 to 40 pounds from the same companie in one day then two more for 30 quids from another!!??

and there is a further amount pending to be taken out of our acount for 1009.70 pounds!!!!!!

Help I have phoned bank and closed card down, and they will stop the 1000 pounds going out, which would put us well over our overdraft limit as well...

And now I dont know what to do??

We have a teenager living with us who uses orange on contract and i dont think she could top up a mobile on contract though other companies, but i dont know, any feed back on this much appreciated..

Phone police???

any help or feedback appreciated...

cheers Grant

Simply tell your bank that those purchases are fraudulent and the bank will pull the money back to your account.
