Help! Need awesome albums.

Guys, I'm in a rough spot. I haven't had a new album blow me away in far too long... months. So this is more than just another "favorite albums" thread (not like there's ever enough of those!). I want to know which albums here you find really special, that you keep coming back to and finding new things each time. In particular I'm talking about albums that are compositionally really awesome... so that probably skews it more towards modern albums where composition and melody generally get more of a focus.

To start things off (and maybe give folks a sense of what I mean), here's a few albums I'd put on my list (in no particular order, other than alphabetical):

Camarón - La Leyenda del Tiempo
Emilio Maya - Temple
Enrique Morente - Omega
Gerardo Núñez - Andando el Tiempo
Manolo Sanlúcar - Tauromagia
Tomatito - Paseo de los Castaños
Vicente Amigo - Ciudad de las Ideas

Leaving off sort of more obvious culprits, like Almoraima - anything that famous you can expect I've heard, and I expect you have

And yes, unfortunately I have given up on hearing another album that will measure up to Tauromagia. It's just.... yeah.... no..... it's just not happening.... *sigh*
