accessories order

Has anyone had any dealings with a company named Guitaraffecs in Richmond, Virginia? I ordered some strings from them along with some other items via the internet and they don't answer their phone or return voice mails or answer their emails. I'm starting to think I gave away $50 for nothing. Any help would be welocome.
