Guitar stand

Does anyone have any advice on a guitar stand for use on stage? I have to make a quick change to a guitar with a different tuning. Is it better to have one with a neck support or just one that supports the base and back of the body? I have never owned one of these things. I want one that combines security for the guitar with convenience. Many thanks.

Open case --> take one guitar out --> put other guitar in --> close case.

I can do this within 15 seconds and it's the most secure place for your guitar.

Otherwise, there is not that much difference between the different types of guitar stands. There are different guitar stands for electric and acoustic guitars.

Thanks for replies. I prefer to keep my guitars in cases when not being played but this is someone else's gig and there is a lighting designer who thinks that guitar on stage = beautiful, case on stage = ugly!
If anyone has any more thoughts about particular designs of stand let me know.
