RE: UK: Found another specialist dealer (in reply to Jon Boyes)
I spoke with this guy once, he is a private buyer that resells the odd guitar. He never did meet up with me to try some out so I can't comment. Nothing you couldn't get in Spain with a little patience.

Jon, I came across his site last year. I emailed him 3 or 4 times but got no reply. I also tried telephoning but all I got was an answering machine. I left a message, but he never got back. Waste of time IMO. I think he's on the South coast, sort of around Brighton.

Hmm.. one to avoid, by the sound of all that.
Any of you guys been to Stafford Guitars? They seem to be building their choice of flamenco guitars nicely, although several are out of stock at the mo: http://www.staffordguitar.com/

Jon, It looks like exactly the same stock as he had a year ago. Either he doesn't update his Webpage, hasn't sold any in that time, or doesn't have them anymore. Maybe the guy's just a plonker? Get it? (cw wines?) Och forget it!
