Un-believable.

Take a look at this: http://www.persaflamenca.com/English/Lyrics/

A very nice site!

Iran and Persia. Understand the history of the two words. Two words with two meanings for the same country.

There was or perhaps still is a flamenco web site in Iran. They basically lifted Chuck Keyser's web site and made it their own.

Music binds people together and that is something I truly enjoy!

Here's another site for letras:

http://www.geocities.com/BourbonStreet/Quarter/1650/flamenco/letrat.html

I found it when looking for the lyrics to "A Dibujar Esa Rosa." I like alegrias, but I don't usually think of (an) alegria when I decide to put something on. But this little tune is kinda catchy. It's from the soundtrack to Carlos Saura's Flamenco.

I was perusing through the site and found it no longer has an index. But there's a few more pages of lyrics there:

Bernd,
I lost this link and have been searching for it for some time now. It's one of the best I've seen. Thanks for posting it.

This last link was perfect. Under Rancapino, labelled simply "alegria" it has the very song I was looking for. On the soundtrack to Carlos Saura's Flamenco it's call A Dibujar Esa Rosa.

I found the lyrics on that site I posted, but they were incomplete. I was able to figure out most of the rest, but a few verses were just killing me. Las letras flamencas have to be more difficult to catch than opera.
