This seems to be as good a time of the year as any. Time to step up to the plate, belly up to the bar, dig into those pockets, grab some change and toss it into the hat, every little bit helps. The place is a bargain.
It doesn't take much individually to make a collective difference to help keep something unique and valuable alive. I just hit the button on the top left corner of the home page and donated a piddling amount, really just a trifle, almost embarrassingly little when I consider the value of the place. But I know it will add up if we all put our shoulders to it. I can't think of any more catch-phrases off the top of my head so I'll zip it, but you know what to do...
Simon, thanks for keeping the place going, it truly is a bit of a gem.
i had the same issue when i donated last month , but i paid by virtual credit card , therefore the paypal makes the bridge to the receiver. you dont need a paypal account to pay to a paypal account .
It also might be that you have some setting about secure versus unsecure URLs (with paypal?) since foroflamenco.com is not a "https" type website, this might then run into problems with that somehow - though the donate is not really to do with the website, just the DONATE button originates there..
