Leiva has a book of Camaron transcriptions. It includes the cante melodies and the guitar parts. It's good. I like the selection-a lot of stuff he did with Paco and some newer stuff too.
Reasonable price and shipping in USA, but it is the French version.
I ordered the Spanish version from Amazon (expensive shipping), but now it says "no longer available," so I must have ordered the last copy from that seller.
Some versions list Claude Worms as author, others say "Jose Fuente." Does anyone know whether they are the same?

I think when the author is given as Claude Worms, it is the French version; when the author is given as Jose Fuentes (probably the translator?), it is the Spanish version. But it is the same material when I checked the table of contents.

I actually dont care what version that is as I am after the transcription itself. I think now you can just point your phone on any text in any language and it will translate. But I usually dont bother

I'm OK in Spanish, French, German, Italian etc. but I'm no good at ideograms. I've been buying hifi gear using Google Translate. You can cut Japanese text from an online advertisement and paste it into Translate. Works like a charm. For other purposes I've done onine Arabic in Translate.
But how do you get text on paper into a translation app? I assume my Apple phone or Google has a capable character reader. I took a photo of some text but I don't immediately see a way to get the image into Translate.

Microsoft translator app on my android phone can work translating what you see using the phone camera, or a photo images. Did not use it heavily but judging by reviews its not bad.

I think their pricing is meant to target the PDL fans who already have a ton of his stuff, and want the rest - going for volume on this one with a lower price.

I got this book about a week ago and was waiting for the weekend to check out the accompanying CD. Man, the stuff is awesome. Such a unique and well organized collection of Paco's licks. I hope to make this my "go to" book for the next few years.
The price including shipping was close to $30. For such great stuff it is a steal.. Especially for people who are good sight-readers it is a must to have.
