It is true, I have a very nice and large workshop but it is not open to the public. I have some very funny anecdotes, someone rang the bell, I opened the door and it was a married couple, they stopped because the strong and wonderful smell of the Spanish cypress caught their attention, I invited them to enter and they were speechless ahahahah, that's what It has happened several times. Other times, when someone comes in they say to me: Wow Manuel, it smells like a stink here, it smells like a dead cat ahahahahahahah, it's the animal tail for the stringed instruments, ahahahaah then they go fast ahahahah. Normally the smell is wonderful, the cedar, cypress, rosewood, oiled skins are mixed ...... There are people who come just to see me work, they sit and just watch, I don't care.

Bridges today.... I have made bridges of all sizes, 7,8,9,10 mm ..... I am working very well with 9 mm bridges, yeah And now I'm going to give you some advice and I know that some are going to cry out to heaven. Stop copying guitars from one manufacturer or another, stop copying Rodriguez, Reyes, Esteso, Contreras ..... You must find your own way, experiment, design, change, you must try everything you can think of, you must find the sound you are looking for, the sound you want, not the sound of Esteso, Rodri ......... Copies are useless, I was never struck by copying anything. I don't care having a flamenco guitar and the cigar that Fidel Castro used to smoke passes under the strings, as long as it's comfortable and it sounds flamenco, I don't care what others think. An example, it is very good to interpret the music of others but above all else it is to make and play your own music .....
