Not really. I think most of his transcriptions are ok, but some parts are just wrong.

I find them easy to use. I trust him to write down single-note melodies, but I’m not convinced by all his right hand fingering indications. I’m sceptical of the part where he effectively claims to be able to hear the difference between xam-iix-ami-i and mii-ami-iam-i played at speed on recordings from the 1910s.

If you go through and find the time stamps where Worms is transcribing from, you can get a bunch of opinions to choose from.

I haven't even listened to all of these yet, but was getting in such a muddle between the bulerias numbering and the CD volume numbering I just bunged em on here.

Anyone know what the rasgueado at 0.22 in the first video [Bulería No. 1: El Castillito (Entré Yo en Ese Castillito)] is? Or, more relevant to the Worms transcriptions, the one at the end of that video at 2:52? Sounds like 4 strokes per beat to me, but it's pretty fuzzy and slowing it down doesn't even seem to help much.

Probably i up a m i down, 4 per beat like Cepero does ... or p up a m i down like Melchor and Morao do.
