I would like to create a youtube playlist of flamenco guitar music to listen to. I wonder if you have any suggestions. I appreciate any help you can provide.
RE: Any suggestion for flamenco guit... (in reply to Asilova)
A few albums you could look up to get started:
Sabicas: Flamenco puro and Rey del flamenco Enrique de Melchor: La guitarra flamenca de Enrique de Melchor Manolo Sanlucar: Tauromagia Paco de Lucia: Fuente y Caudal Rafael Riqueni: Alcazar de Cristal Paco Cepero: Amuleto Gerardo Nunez: Jucal El Viejin: Algo que decir Vicente Amigo: De mi corazon al Aire Moraito: Morao y oro Diego del Morao: Orate
Also lots of compilation albums out there that can be worthwhile, under names like "Antologia de la guitarra flamenca", "Maestros de la guitarra flamenca", etc. They can be particularly useful for listening to some of the older players for whom there may not be much in terms of studio recordings.
Anyway, it's obviously not a comprehensive list. Just a few ideas to start with. My personal favorite among those I listed is probably Tauromagia.

No Sabicas on your list?
My favorite Sabicas solos are all split up between various albums. I guess Flamenco Puro would be the best single album, but honestly I like some other bulerias better that he did, and his solea on Queen of the Gypsies, his Rondeña, buleria in A minor, etc....a lot is missing. Too many compilations and reissues mixed up tracks etc. Same problem for Niño Ricardo guitar solos pretty much.

The last 2 albums of Dani de Moron are just outstanding. Jesus Guerrero’s is very musical. I’d put on your list also Manolo Franco and Nino de Pura. Anyway I always end up listening Paco, Vicente and Riqueni.

The new Rafael Cortes album ‚Asi lo siento’ is also worth recognizing. A little bit cheesy in parts, but he is a great guitarist.
And the new albums of the (in my eyes;) most innovative flamenco guitarist of our time: Myrddin de Cauters ‚Monstruos Y Duendes Vol. 1: Myfrio‘ and ‚Monstruos Y Duendes Vol. 2: Longhin‘.
