The falseta at 12:43 I show in a paco tutorial falseta 4. But he transposed it all up to C#.

It's not the same as the 1980 that Ingo Voorman has linked below. (Unless he also has the one in this Paco video too!). Paco's guitar in this video has a different tie block. The rosette looks different too.

Actually, I personally did not like the sound of the guitar when he is playing the Minera/Fandago. I love the sound of his original guitar that he plays the tango and buleria. But even the sound of that guitar was deteriorated at the end when it was refinished etc....
