paper for label 

hey all, another question: im designing my label at the moment and desperately search for the right paper to draw it one. Im looking for a antique looking paper quality. do you have any suggestions?

When I went to a printer/copy center to have mine printed, I made a similar request and they showed me a lot of samples. I chose an off-white card stock that is nicely thick so the glue doesn't show through. I bet a printer near you could show you a lot of samples.

I don't know where you are but their antique browns might do the trick. I used it for a label on a book I bound and it looks pretty old.

I designed my lbel way back in the Letraset days. I chose a sort of "Granite" pattern stock, I would have preferred a parchment look but could not find anything decent.
