head holes 

Nothing more than doubt , does the sheets and the head plate give enough stiffness

Also for this I need to make the head plate thinner,should I or it will affect stiffness

It looks reasonable. Generally you want the head to be at least as thick as the tuner plates are wide. The headplate and veneers will reinforce the splice joint considerably regardless of how thick they are.
