This is an exceptional flamenco guitar from one of Spain's finest luthiers. It features a beautifully carved headstock with mother of pearl inlay and exquisite purfling. The guitar is very comfortable to play, it's very responsive and there is plenty of scope to lower the action even further if you wished. It sounds superb - a truly flamenco sound. The video below shows the guitar in action although the sound quality of the recording does not quite do it justice.
Scale length 655mm Width at nut 52mm String spacing at nut 44mm String spacing at saddle 60mm Action (top of fret to bottom of string at 12th fret) E 2.7mm, e 2.6mm Cypress back and sides, spruce top French polish finish Gotoh tuners
Condition The French polish is scuffed just above the golpeador/sound hole as can be seen in the photos - a simple touch up job to remedy but its not something that has ever bothered me. Elsewhere the guitar shows general handling wear as you would expect, but there are no cracks or repairs.
Here is the guitar in action, played by former owner Antonio Soto:
The guitar can be collected from Plymouth or Exeter (UK), or I will deliver in the South West (UK), otherwise shipped free in UK for Foro members.
Asking £2,275. The price includes a top quality moulded hard case, I am not sure of the make.
