I have sold one finally for a frend of mine....a blanca though same model A26. 2200 euro. So there is a big gap from what it is worth and what you are able to get for it.

Big differences of price in Europe and USA.
In Europe the 3 main shops/dealers of flamenco guitars could sell a Conde like this one for 3500-4000 Euro. In the second hand market you may save something.
Obviously you can bump on 2000 Condes for sale at 4500 Euro or more but often they cannot sell for ages...
The price usually goes up a couple of thousands for the Condes from Calle Gravina from 1970 to 1985. Btw, guitars of those years sold in calle Felipe V are virtually the same but cost less, as they are not signed by Faustino.
New Atocha Conde are usually sold for 3500 -4000 Euro and new guitars from Felipe and Mariano can be found for around 4500 Euro.
I for one would prefer a guitar like yours than any new Conde.

You can get an idea of European market value from the sold section of Solera.

A Manuel de la Chica advertised $14,000 in GSI Los Angeles doesn't sell for €7,500 in Solera Flamenca Barcelona, same years, same condition.

Different markets, different prices but all in one, many 'variables' will interfere with the final price when it comes to second hand guitars.

also depends if it's from a shop or private sale - shop will always want a cut so more expensive.
