Help recognize plz

Yes, that's the scale in the 7th position. You can play scales in any position, as you say he starts in position two, coming off the back of the B minor chord from Roma (obviously the higher notes can only be played up the top end of the neck)

BTW you don't need this picado to play Roma, its just Vicente noodling around in the same key after he finishes. Also, just in case you weren't aware, Roma is not flamenco.
