Do you mean they're Luthier 20 CT (i.e. carbon trebles, or that you will be using a composite 1st in the future?

no I won't be using a composite 1st string, I meant that the 1st string i'm having right now kind of seems to be a composite...you might be right about the CT set, but the other 2 trebles don't seem to be composite but rather standard nylon. gotta compare.
though I might try out a composite 3rd string.
