Maybe try to find a music store, they might have a pre-made cardboard guitar box to put it in, just for International shipping purposes. I had a guitar sent to me here in Thailand from Hong Kong, this is what the sender did, just a suggestion. Also I had a guitar sent to me from Spain, they used the same kind of guitar hard case, foam like with canvas outer cover, it was the Cibeles case pictured in above thread, they wrapped it is bubble wrap several times, then used silver electricians tape to cover bubble wrap, was very sturdy, made it to Thailand just fine. Anyway good luck -
