RE: Antonio Rey - Pulgar y Picado (in reply to Ricardo)
Also that weird 4th to last measure I don't sense that is triplet, it's 16th but ends on the ah and ties over to beat 3, so you start e&ah as imi ... In other words reverse the picado pattern so m finger leads on the beat with the bass notes.
EDIT: for the record, Javier Conde loaded this picado exercise up to Facebook (from his fan page not personal page) and it's more accurate regarding this section and the ending, and he claims it is by Andres Batista. I must admit Antonio's is way more musical, mistakes and all.

you're right of course, I did this in a rush, didn't put much though in it... the triplet is obviously not triplet, but this is how it fitted into into the rhythm...I just wanted to help out the guys here...

Darn, I've got no excuses not to try this now. The last time I got obsessed with an Antonio Rey exercise finished up with me starting an injury thread.

Well, two flats is an improvement. . Thanks for tabbing it.

This was a fun exercice to play. Thanks for tabbing it, upside-down Jimi!

Yes, it is on pp.56-57 of Batista's 'Metodo de Guitarra Flamenca'; exercise no.8 in the section "Tecnica (Superior)- Estudios de escalas".
BTW, Ramzi posted a different (possibly more popular) picado exercise just now - which might very well be by Antonio Rey
