How to adjust proper string height w...

I want to make the string height 7 ,7.5 or 8 mm over the soundboard so, what should be the side slot angle with the heel block depending on 5 or 6 mm fingerboard with action 2.5 or 3 mm?

I find the best way is to make a drawing and use the string as your reference plane

It just does not work that way. You do not fix the neck angle by adjusting the angle of the slots. it is governed by where you have the neck fixed when you glue on the back, The sides are flexible enough to allow any reasonable neck angle, just keep the slots at 90 degrees.
You should be able to work out the neck angle yourself as SEden says with a drawing or calculations, but you need to have a clear target and use firm dimensions not "5 or 6mm fingerboard".
The parameters you need to take into account are
-desired string height above soundboard at bridge
-desired 12th fret string clearance
-amount of soundboard doming at bridge
-fretboard thickness at nut and 12th
-fret height
-amount of neck relief (bow)
-neck angle
-allowance for body deformation under string tension

How will this work without tilting the slots I can't imagine?

As I have already told you
"The sides are flexible enough to allow any reasonable neck angle"
The neck angle is not locked in until you glue on the back

It's usually a good idea to glue the back rim liners in while the guitar is set to the proper neck angle. They stiffen the back rim somewhat and the ribs don't flex out as much after the liner is glued in.

Steve and Jeff are telling you to let the neck fall forward and allow the ribs to flex as this happens. Then install liners and fit back. This will work. A this is another reason for flamenco guitars to have thin ribs, so they don't fight the neck.

( this is another reason backs can be slightly different shape that tops on this style construction, the ribs distort a tiny bit.)

Ahmed, are you using a solera (workboard) This is what sets the neck angle Not the slots.

Oh dear!

Jeff,
There are a lot of luthiers who don't use a solera. There are many ways of setting the neck deflection (just ask Stephen Faulk, aka estebanana). I spent at least twenty years building without a solera and some of the guitars from those years were absolutely spectacular. Even though I use a solera now I set the deflection using another appliance. In our shop the solera is only used for gluing fan bracing.

Obviously there are other methods and devices you can use to set neck angle rather than a Solera, if you know what you are doing.
But relying on the sides in the neck slots to do it? I stand by my "Oh Dear".

Jeff,

I didn't mean to be critical only stating the obvious. Of course altering the mortises in the neck to create the deflection is an absurd idea done by no one to my knowledge.

Ahmed, I wanted to send you a PM but your PM function is not active. I have a copy of guitarmaking by Cumpiano and Natelson which I would be happy to send you for free--no cost to you. It is a good resource. Send me a PM if you are interested.

If you can send me a soft copy of the part that explains what I'm asking for it will be good .
