inches a Santos is usually very close to 19" long and the sound hole will be located according to scale length were you want t split the 19th fret. The 19th fret will end up Approx 4-1/4 " from the top of the body. Give or take a 5mm due to the scale you choose.

In case of using 485mm length and that what I want.Upper edge of the top to the center of the sound hole will be 148mm.Is this ok and will give a balanced sound (i.e. bass will be bass and trebles will be trebles)?

I use 148 for a 650mm scale length with a sound hole size of 43mm radius.

my first guitar when I showed it to an experienced man in guitar sounds , he told me that the basses sound more likely trebles they don't have the warmth of basses.

oh I see. I don't think I like too warm a bass in in a flamenco guitar. In any case the position of the sound hole won't really effect that. Not compared to all of the other stuff like thickness and tapering of the sound board, size and shape of the struts general stiffness of all the components.
