pc query

hi folks,
Any one know how to do this ? on a pc i mean what buttons i have to press in order to do the following-- help!!

We request to you please scan your device and share a screenshot of your scan log. After that we will activate your account.

I sense we need more information about what it is exactly you've been asked to do before we can help you. To do the screenshot, there is usually a button on the keyboard that says PrtSc (which means Print-Screen). You hit that, then you go into some image-editing software & you paste the screenshot into that program, then you save it. You then email it to the person you are interacting with.

A "scan" is something that one of the programs on your computer will do. You will have to open that particular program, and probably click on the box that says "Scan" on that program. Once it has completed that task, it will give its results in a box on your computer. At that point, if you do what Ramzi suggests, your computer will take a picture of that box. Then, go to your email program. You send them an email, and "Attach" the picture. Hmmm... it is very hard to describe these things to someone with Commodore 64 skills. Do you have any young relatives or friends? :)

hah yes commodore 64 - it was vic 20 !! now that was a blast -

have to take a scan as am using a vpn- and apparently the company felt i was uploading spam and blocked my account - i

ts a pain can't see anything without a vpn - even many flamenco guitars sites are blocked.

hi folks i bought macbook pro cheaply only drawback its in chinese

does have any hints on the following ?

garage band ---- specifically recording guitar , any ideas for cheaply microphone and any tweaks ?

also anyone know any free downloads software too,
downloading youtube or vimeo free utilities

don't have a credit card -so free stuff is cool - hope .

Oh, and no problem switching languages in MacOSX (--> preferences). You can choose the keyboard layout you like. So it's only the hardware keyboard that'd be a problem.

One more hint, that'll hopefully be helpful:
in the preference pane "keyboard" (--> System Preferences) you can mark the checkbox to "show keykoard & character viewers in menu bar". That way you can monitor which keys are where.

Images are resized automatically to a maximum width of 800px

On a Mac anti-virus software isn't quite as important as on Windows-machines, but there a number of free programs available.
To take a screenshot press cmd-shift-4 simultaneously

and use the cursor to define the area to be displayed. Standard format is png, which you can change to jpeg with the program "preview".
Alternatively you can use the program "Grab" (-->Applications-->Utilities)

Images are resized automatically to a maximum width of 800px
