A. Mateu of Barcelona Info Requested

Hi Guys... I am really a vintage Martin guy, but I could not resist buying a soulful 1959 A. Mateu of Barcelona guitar.

Any information about this maker or his guitars would be very much appreciated.

Thanks Robje. I did not realize that his last name was Ramis, but the address on the labels are the same, and the signatures match as well.

This guitar is quite soulful, with lots of old player wear on the front, and unrepaired cracks on the back. Can anyone suggest the best way or place for me to sell it?
