I will be going to Spain for over 3 months and I am having last minute delays with the school I have been working with for the last 6 months, very difficult to get a letter of registration.
Without it I need to cut my trip short so it is under 3 months. A visa for France would work but it seems you need a medical appointment when you arrive, problem since I will be there but later.
This is a desperate call but I need to ask if anyone knows a school that would write me this simple letter so I can apply for the visa. If the school is in Jerez, I will attend some classes, and I will be able to also take some from my teacher as well. If not, well, I would prefer not attending and just stay with my teacher in Jerez.

Spain may be looser on this but anti-terrorism laws mean you have to be enrolled and attend classes to get and keep, such a visa. The school must also be recognised as a recognised educational establishment.
The UK is not in Schengen, so you could continue your lessons over here.

I understand that very well, but it is not the school's responsibility to verify whether I am a terrorist or not, it is the consulate. So they don't have to worry about that.
Yes I am considering non Schengen regions but UK is muy caro!!! I'm considering more formal school in Barcelona.

I understand this very well too, having looked at all the ways to get my fiancée into Spain from Mexico. The bureaucracy was a nightmare, so I moved back to the UK.
It is not the school's responsibility but they can be shut down for enrolling non-attending students. Maybe I misunderstood you. Are you looking to attend a school or get a letter to support your visa with no intention of attending the school? Sorry if I seem a little slow.

It is to study flamenco, so legitimate and 0 risk to the school, like me applying to Taller Flamenco. I think you would be very happy to have more business, I register for the period, I get a letter from you saying I'm registered.

You seem a little touchy, but this is not what I understood from your initial post.

There's a lot more to consider, like proof of adequate funds, proof of Spanish address, registering with the local police upon arrival etc., but I'm out of this one. Best of luck.

Yes, I have all this ready, been preparing this for a while and at last minute had problem with the school I was going to.
And by the way, lol on trying to get your fiancé into Spain, I can't even imagine the undertaking. Just opening a bank account, it's been 6 weeks and still no news apart than 'we have received your application'.

It took me 30 minutes to buy a toothbrush at a pharmacy in costa rica. There were two customers ahead of me. The girl at the counter had a tip jar.......

The only "real" problem is to get into the country. I have known lots of people being here for years without the appropiate papers. Noone ask for anything once you are here. Maybe the police, but only if yoiu ARE a bad boy. Spain have weird ways and doesnt work like other places in Europe. You have the formal Spain which is very strict and socalled modern and then you have reality. Reality is buying the mayor a drink insted of filling out papers when you reform your house. Also, what would be the risk if you "get caught"? You will be told to leave the country. They are not going to beat you up or something else. I dont say you should be illegal, but life is the way it is.
The other option is to apply for a school for real. I think its going to be very difficult for you to get a paper if you dont apply and pay. Their mentality is: "Why should I care and risk something" I think thats understandable.
So if you have a return ticket, that is flexible and you apply for 2 weeks in a scholl and stay a little longer and use your wonderfull foreign dinero here in the land of the sun. Is that being a criminal?

Hi, I offered, to pay, I am trying to register to a school. I have contacted a few schools (schools with actual banners and some with web sites) but in most cases I got no answer.

If you have a visa to France, doesnt it mean you can visit Spain?
Canada is very big. Sorry, but I have this map thing. I like to look at the map and then say ahhh, this guy is from there. The profile section should have a map with a flag on IMO.

I wouldn't write you papers either. You come off as a pesky guy to be honest. Also lol about the "we know the state of Spain, Italy and Greece", as if that had any relation to your story.
