This design seems a direct copy of Mike Doolin's design - even the rosette style:

The doolin guitar is a lot prettyer IMO. It has a lot to do with the bridge which is in harmony with the rest of the body. It is dark, and the shape follows the lines of the cutaways. It looks happy. The AG thing has a bridge shape like a sad smiley. It goes against the lines of the body shape and the pale wood is not given it any points either.

definitely , you have to check the sound quality first by dropping it in on a hard floor ....I saw the video explaining that from a "Top Man " in flamenco ....

( or was that just the bridge .?...) .....ah well drop it anyway...

bahahaha! I missed your comment until now

I agree, Anders - the Doolin design is well thought out and properly executed. That's why I thought it would be interesting to show it in contrast to the bastardized AG version.

this is also a perfect opportunity to check the gender of your guitar - when it hits the ground, you can discreetly check the undercarriage without being too obvious
