Thanks Arash, but I don't see any "&" in the link. I thought there could be some HTML command for that purpose like e.g.

This is the direct link to the video (I just included spaces so that you can see the link)

www .youtube . com/watch?v=KXzgWTZ2NW0

You just need to copy and paste the direct links to the videos and it works.
Its always like this: www.youtube.com/watchBLABLABLABLABLA
Now I remove those spaces and post the same link :
