Funny thing about headstocks is that they all look better with pegs

Gerundino is much better with pegs and even Conde is wonderful

You can trade width for length for a 1/4" You head stocks are kinda wide.

Have you ever made a headstock where the bottom rollers from the tuners were touching because the headstock was to narrow.
I´m not much into trade. If I make the headstock more narrow, I will keep it short.
In my eyes, funcionality is part of esthetics when making things that has a use in mind. When making art, its another story.

Morante, I totally agree. Pegs always look better.

I can't think of any other builder's headstock designs that it's identical to.

But two come to mind that are similar in basic shape: Juan Montero, and Manuel Bellido, on some of his later guitars:

I'm late to the party on this, but IMVHO the new design seems more classical than flamenco. and a bit unsure of its direction -- your current one by comparison is very strong and distinct (and perfect with pegs.)

Just the thoughts of a grizzled old guitar player.
