How much did he eat and how big a plastic bag was needed to remove his smelly?

Oh, yes. I know this breed well, and its not really funny. They become bigger in the last around 20 years. Same as other breeds like the Irish Wolfhound and and the russian Barsoi. They get a lot of problems, because they mostly grow to fast and too high. So they get pain when the even are puppies. Later they often get problems with their joints and when they become older there often are problems with the heart. They shoudnt been feed with to much proteins and even look carefully for how much minerales they get too....

This big breeds often only have a lifetime for maybe 7-8 years. One of my Barsois was very, very big too. He died when he was 5 years. He got a heart ache while walking stressless o the beach. He was simply falling down from one moment to the other and I saw is spirit turning out of his body. So I knew that there was no more chance to get him back to live.....
