Someone wants to refund me from Canada. However, claiming that his bank aside from my bank address requires my postal address in Germany as well. That would mean to surrender the last of my private data to the frisking machine, and it annoys me to be blackmailed this way.
Can you name me please some reknown / well spread bank or transfer method in Canada that will be content with just addressee´s name and banking data?

That's what the banks here require for international money transfers.
From my bank's website: "All you need is - - The full name, address including city, province/state, and country, and account number of the business or person you are sending money to. - The full name and address including city, province/state, and country of the financial institution receiving the funds. - The amount and currency of the transfer."
You may be able to use Western Union or somebody else like that.

The Western Union Canada website says all that is required to send money direct to a bank account in Germany is the bank name, bank identification code, and international bank account number. I think they should be able to send you the transfer without any additional personal information.
