Are you sure that's Paco? It sure doesn't look like him. Where did you obtain the photo? Is there a caption identifying him as Paco?

oh come on, it's just a joke, does not look like him. Plus, last show I saw of him was what... 2 years ago? To gain that much weight in just two year would be a sport!

synthetic corticosteroids could cause a significant weight gain at a fast clip. possibly paco was prescribed predisone?
