Blair Russell peghead Blanca

This is my 18th guitar and I'd like to sell it for £1400 with hiscox case- but I wouldn't mind lowering the price if someone shows interest.

Spruce and cypress, rosewood bindings, headstock, and rosette, ebony friction pegs

650mm scale length. Nut is 51.5 wide. Action is 2.7mm treble, 3.2mm bass at 12th fret.

I should have sound samples next week. This guitar is alot of fun to play and is quite responsive.

Looks very nice indeed. Looking forward to the soundfiles (get a video too if you can!).

I was recommended your guitars by someone you teach btw. I may make the journey from London to Bristol one day to try your guitars!

I had a chance to play Blair's Spruce/Cypress, Cedar/Cypress Blancas and a Spruce/EIR Negra the other day.

The Spruce/Cypress guitar had some very pleasing growl to it, the Negra was a very articulate instrument clear and defined, but the Cedar/Cypress was my favourite, the cedar provided a little more warmth and midrange which were very pleasing to my ear too. The Cedar/Cypress Blanca has a very beautiful rosette too, really beautiful instrument too, in particular the set of Cypress was a great match to the cedar top. All of the guitars were light but not too light and very easy to play.
