This is how I think of stuff, at least in terms of compas and technique (and not including depth of knowledge of flamenco history, concepts, cante accompaniment, dance accompaniment, composition, etc.). Beginner - level 1 Beginner - level 2 Beginner - level 3 Intermediate - level 1 <--------- rombsix Intermediate - level 2 Intermediate - level 3 Advanced - level 1 Advanced - level 2 Advanced - level 3 <--------- Paco de Lucia et al. The higher the number of the level, the more advanced the player (like the degrees of a black belt in Karate). Oh, and the scale is logarithmic. I would say this zapateado, if you want it to sound like Paco Pena's or Sabicas' playing, is probably Intermediate - level 3 or Advanced - level 1 material. But maybe I'm just full-o-crap.
