Makes me wonder if that's just sunshine coming in the window or if he lives next door to Fukushima nuclear power plant.
I wonder about the guitar, in his video number 6 I think it looks really old, someone please tell me that isn't a Santos before I send a ninja hit squad to his house.

try to get the same sounds from your guitar, it is impossible actually.
so, yeah i guess he is some sort of paco de lucia.... of his own style

i think he grabbed some flamenco tabs online, realized that cant play and then invented his thing. but it is flamenco repertoire imo.

I think it might just be his humor. His fingermovements oh his left hand look smooth. I think he can play. But his right hand looks not good. He´s a true riddle.

One advantage, this flamenco style requires no study and practicing for hours a day! You even don't need to have a guitar, it's all natural......haha

I hear an Avant Garde Flamenco player doing his thing exploring the meaning and possibilities of flamenco. Breaking and bending rules on how this traditional Spanish art form should be performed, adding jazz, multi-ethnic and rock musical influences, as well as other styles
Since its beginnings, flamenco has embraced and appropriated other music and dance styles, starting with Arab, gypsy, and Sephardic cultures and arriving into the modern day with jazz, rock and electronica. This guy is clearly continuing that spirit with FLAMENCO: inside/out.

Are we are open to this exploration to develop new, provocative material that asks the question:

Certainly shreds. I guess when he says 'flamenco guitar' he's just referring to the instrument. Maybe this guy wants to be the Derek Bailey of the 'flamenco guitar'.

no, unfortunately he isn't, a great loss for the free jazz scene
i own many of his records, this guy's playing was really
from outer space. i like guitar-players that don't follow
the mainstream. i saw him playing a strange gig with jack de johnette
and DJ risk and it was so full of groove, also his record with a group
called "the ruins". in the video posted here he plays solo
and i can understand people who don't like it

haha, just watched the cats playing too, she has good technical skills,very bassy playing and much duende, for the picado she should file her nails a bit more for gaining speed

the video with shaking ray levis is a nice find deniz
