Yeah I wouldn't leave Italy for these events Tomrocker, although not sure how many workshops Paco Peña does these days.

Graham_B it would be great to see you at the get together next Sunday. Please let Louis_B know too I guess you are related.

Do you know anyone else might be interested ?

I've forwarded the message to the couple who organise the flamenco dance classes in Altrincham and at the Instituto Cervantes in Manchester.

Hi,

I haven't been posting every event but we are now on our 6th month of monthly flamenco meet ups at Pod, Levenshulme, Manchester. Louis is a regular, and it would be great to see anyone else from the Foro. Its been amazing to watch people grow in confidence playing in public but in a relaxed environment.

Next one will be this Sunday, 1st July, 7:00 - 10:00pm.

We are going to have Chico Pere & Glenn Sharp from Calaita playing a few songs.

Expect the usual beer, wine, coffee and Flamenco music.

Bring your guitar, dancing shoes, manos or whatever else you need to get involved.

Pod is pretty small so do turn up early to get a seat.

We are Flamenco enthusiasts meeting every 1st sunday of the month at POD, Levenshulme, Manchester to play and sometimes dance flamenco.
